You’ll get a fantastic garden, that’s right for you!

Before commencing the project, we will furnish you with detailed drawings and construction plans that outline every aspect of the garden design and construction.

Our experienced team of landscapers, joiners, masons, and landscape architects will ensure that your garden is built to the highest possible standards.

If you choose to use our design service, your garden will be designed by one of our fully qualified in-house landscape architects. We take great care in using only premium quality materials and ensure that they are installed correctly to ensure that your garden stands the test of time.

You’ll get transparent and honest pricing!

We provide all our customers with a detailed quotation and specification that outlines each part of the project, giving an individual cost for every element.

Our quotation includes the exact materials that we will be using and their respective costs to ensure full transparency. We honour all quotes sent for a full 90 days.

Additionally, we will always send you a quote for any additional work before it takes place to get your approval, so there are no surprises.

We include VAT on all quotes, which means you can see the total cost upfront. We take the time to go through your quotation with you and explain each aspect.

You’ll get a guarantee on the project, and we’ll fix any snags!

We provide industry-leading INSURANCE-BACKED guarantees through QualityMark.

Our guarantees cover 5 YEARS for all Hard Landscaping and Joinery/Carpentry work.

We maintain our high standards by carrying out internal snagging throughout the project. However, if you do find any snagging points on your project, we will address them promptly and without any argument.

We understand the importance of communication, which is why our project manager will keep you updated daily, ensuring that you are well-informed throughout the project.

Our team members are approachable, friendly and passionate about their work, and it will be our pleasure to have them working in your garden.

To ensure transparency, we will provide you with a schedule of work, outlining the duration of the project. We always arrive on time, in our uniform and sign-written vans. Our team will respect your property and clean up the site at the end of each day.

If there are any issues or concerns regarding the service, we promise to listen to you and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment, we take care to clean both the worksite and the surrounding areas on a daily basis.

Additionally, we always seek to maintain open and clear lines of communication with your neighbours by providing them with a letter detailing the expected duration of our works and our office contact information.

Moreover, we hold our staff to the highest standards of professionalism and expect them to always be courteous and respectful to neighbours.

Finally, to ensure the safety of everyone in the area, all of our vans are fitted with tracking technology, allowing us to keep tabs on our team’s driving habits and ensure that they are following all local safety regulations.
