Reach out by email, phone, or their website to discuss your requirements. A member of the sales team will follow up to explore your needs and answer questions about the pods.
Site Visit
A home or business site visit will be arranged to review the proposed location for your UrbanPod. Depending on your garden's size and the choice of pod, an initial quote might be provided without a site visit.
Agreement and Visualization
After agreeing on the specifications, a full schedule and cost breakdown will be provided, along with a 3D visualization of your pod situated within your plot.
Manufacturing and Installation Date
Once details are finalized, manufacturing will begin, and an installation date will be confirmed.
Installation
The skilled team will arrive on the specified date to install the UrbanPod. Any groundwork or service connections are usually completed a week before delivery.
Completion
Within 1-2 weeks, your UrbanPod will be ready to use. Larger pods or bespoke options may take longer, but the team will keep you informed throughout the process.
