Every Armstrong project carries a three-year guarantee. If anything isn’t quite right, we’ll come back and fix it free of charge.

Our quotes are clear, detailed and completely transparent, valid for 90 days, VAT inclusive, and free from hidden costs.

Our guarantee

Three years,
in writing.

Our mission is to create outdoor spaces that are both captivating and long-lasting. We take pride in innovative design and top-notch materials, but we also recognise that the key to success is quality workmanship and sturdy construction that will stand the test of time.

On project handover, our Operations Director will issue your written three-year guarantee certificate alongside the aftercare guide. No action is required from you. Keep the certificate with your other property paperwork; you’ll need it if a claim ever needs to be made.

Get in touch with our office on 0131 557 7367 or info@armstronggardens.co.uk and quote your project reference (printed on your certificate). We’ll arrange a site visit at the earliest opportunity, identify the cause, and return to put it right at no cost to you. The work is covered for the full three years.

Plants are living things, so the three-year guarantee covers hard landscaping and joinery only. Trees, shrubs and perennials we install are guaranteed for the first growing season provided our written aftercare schedule is followed. Ongoing horticultural care is available through our sister brand, Armstrong Garden Care.
