The first conversation is an in-depth call to understand the existing conditions and constraints of your site, the ideas you have for your new space, and your general budget and timeline. We respond to every enquiry within one working day.

Our next step is to meet with you at your site for a detailed discussion of your requirements. After the visit, we conduct a comprehensive topographical and point-to-point survey using advanced equipment, giving us an accurate digital base for the design.

Before installing, we complete all design and planning work: site survey, base concept, concept development, and final design and quotation. The design is delivered in partnership with Edinburgh’s best award-winning garden designers, matched to your project. Once finalised, we develop construction drawings, a project schedule and a material specification report so the build runs smoothly.

We award the Design & Build package based on your budget and a recommended budget from Armstrong. We require a 10% deposit upon agreement and provide a list of available build dates. Quotes are clear, detailed and completely transparent, valid for 90 days, VAT included, no hidden costs.

Before construction starts we arrange a pre-start site meeting with the Landscape Manager and Team Leader. During the build, our management team ensure a smooth start and maintaining daily communication. The work is delivered by our core team of landscapers, joiners and stonemasons.

On completion, our Operations Director arranges a meeting to walk through everything on site. After ensuring you’re delighted with the final product and there are no final snags, the project is signed off and your three-year guarantee begins.
